System Alerts after a power cut or phoneline fault.
After a power cut or fault with your phoneline your alarm system may well display “System Alerts” until you reset the system. To do this you will need either a code number or Proximity tag (Fob).
With a Code:
First type in your CODE or Present your PROXIMITY TAG (Fob) and then press RESET.
Then repeat this process. Type in your CODE or present your PROXIMITY TAG and then press RESET.
If your keypad returns to a normal state then the problem is sorted and the alarm is reset.
If the fault does not clear investigate the error message and contact us.
